Telesure Group Services (Pty) Ltd, TGS, is a renowned registered insurance and financial advisor in South Africa. The company is wholly owned by Telesure Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, TIH, an entity founded over 35 years ago when Auto and General Insurance launched in South Africa.
At Thriving Dirang we oppose the idea of undertaking any compliance initiatives as a form of ticking boxes and chasing points on a scorecard but seek to raise awareness on how designing a compliance strategy that addresses economic participation for disadvantaged people, can directly benefit the client. Furthermore, we believe that companies that seek to be part of the South African solution, have a far-reaching impact in changing the lives of the citizens, while being good corporate citizens within themselves, going beyond the scorecard.
Our experience over the last 15 years of consulting and executing B-BBEE plans, informs us that companies who adopt and incorporate their B-BBEE goals into their unique business strategies easily reach and maintain their desired levels of compliance, despite the changes made in the legislation. Please note that our offices are in Pretoria and Johannesburg, however, we have our footprint all over the country and visit our clients no less than 4 times a year onsite, while we hold bi-weekly and monthly meetings with every single one of our clients nationwide.
